Vueling Air Booking Classes

Vueling Airlines booking is available for following seating configuration:

Priority seat - These seats are on 2, 3, and 4th row. Vueling booking for priority seat allows passenger to print out your boarding pass as soon as they book and up to 4 hours before departure of flight.

Excellence seat - These are the first row seats which give privacy to the customer and more leg room to stretch out.

XL seat - Priority boarding and more leg room make XL seats comfy.

Passengers can also book their Vueling flights with preferred seats from first or back row, and also can book extra seat for comfort and privacy.

Vueling Air Online Check In

Vueling Air online check in allows passengers to check in from the time they book till 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

Vueling Air online check in is not available for:

• Unaccompanied minors

• Passengers flying with a baby

• Passengers flying with a pet

• Passengers who have booked an extra seat

• Passengers with a pending payment or a price lock

• Passengers whose flight departs in less than 4 hours

• Passengers whose resident status could not been validated online

• Passengers flying from Lyon, Frankfurt or London Heathrow: cannot check in online if departure is in less than 24 hours

• Passengers flying with sporting arms

Vueling Air Airport Check In

Vueling Air airport check in counter opens at least 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes 40 minutes prior the flight departures.

Vueling Air flight status update can be obtained if you have a confirmed Vueling Air booking. Keep the below information handy to know your flight status updates:

Vueling Air Baggage Allowance

Vueling Air baggage allowance permits to carry up to 23 kgs per individual. The airline allows carrying hand baggage of 10 kg with maximum dimension size of 55cm X 40cm X 20cm.
