Destinations
The infamous COVID19 outbreak has shaken the whole world. We are living the times that we had only imagined or seen in movies. But it is the need of the hour to socially distance ourselves and stay home. So it is time to quarantine yourself.
But it does not mean you cannot dream or think of the beautiful places during this quarantine time. In fact, we feel that dreaming about exotic places will inspire you to pick a hobby that can make this quarantine time not only bearable but fun and memorable. So read on…
If you think of greenery, one of the places that definitely make it to the top of the list is New Zealand. Ah! The lush green windy pastures, serene blue water, and mighty peaks covered in snow all paint a beautiful painting. And the famous‘dwarf-life’ in Hobbiton is a whole new world altogether.

The beautiful scenery of New Zealand would definitely bring out a painter in everyone which is one the best ways to spend your quarantine time!

Finland is not only blessed with natural beauty but also is home to a phenomenon that very few destinations in the world can boast of! Northern lights. In Finland, your nights will be more exciting than the days, and it is a good thing that the nights are longer anyway!

The hobby that the cozy weather of Finland inspires is that of reading. Reading is a hobby that puts behind the shackles of time and makes you live in a wonderland, just like Finland.

Japan is truly a melting pot of ancient culture, abundant natural beauty, scrumptious cuisine, and vibrant lifestyle. But what makes an ideal view of the quarantine time is the mighty Mt. Fuji. The magnificent peak with its snow-cap leaves you beguiled. And this period being the cherry blossom season, you would have just got upgraded to a breathtaking view!

Japan opens up so many hobbies to indulge in. Nature lovers can opt for bonsai or flower pressing. But our suggestion would be to learn origami, the fine art of paper folding. Creating tiny animal objects will surely bring joy to you and make you forget your quarantine time.

If there was an award for ‘the most picturesque town,’ then Interlaken would have won it hands down. With the mighty Alps surrounding the pristine lakes of Brienz and Thun and fresh green landscape for a view, you would not even feel the quarantine.

The hobby that Switzerland will inspire you to indulge in is baking. And of course, it goes without saying that it should be all things chocolate. Chocolate cake, chocolate brownies, chocolate cookies, and the list goes on!

When you have the endless blue water for the company, quarantine just becomes blissful. The city of skyscrapers and vibrancy in the air will no doubt add a different vibe to your lifestyle here.

The dynamism of Dubai qualifies for an equally dynamic hobby, learning a new language. Choose whichever language you wish, be it German, French, Spanish or even Arabic and dive into a dynamic world of new words!

I hope you get inspired by our ideas! Remember this will pass too. Until then – Happy Hobbies!
