SilkAir Booking Classes

SilkAir booking is available for two different travel classes.

Business class – Passengers with SilkAir booking for business class can sit back and relax in the c ergonomically designed comfortable seats with seat pitch of 39 to 40 inches. The seats are specially designed with spacious legroom, allowing the passengers to stretch out and laze in the comfort and privacy of their separate cabin. Business class passengers can also avail the lounge facilities before boarding their flight and enjoy the complimentary hot or cold snacks and refreshments.

Economic class - Passengers with SilkAir booking for economic class can enjoy and relax in their comfy seats which have a seat pitch of 31 inches and legroom of 12 inches. The seats have an adjustable headrest and spacious legroom to make reading, sleeping, dining or simply enjoying a drink comfortable and unwinding.

SilkAir Online Check In

SilkAir online check in is available for a seamless flying experience and also the traveler can print their own boarding pass. SilkAir online check in is available 48 hours up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

SilkAir Airport Check In

Passengers can also check in at the airport. Passengers with confirmed SilkAir booking should reach the airport at least before 3 hours up to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.

SilkAir Baggage Allowance

SilkAir baggage allowance is best for both domestic and international SilkAir flights.

Business class – 40 Kg

Economy class – 30 Kg

Business class – 32 Kg (up to 2 pieces)

Economy class – 23 Kg (up to 2 pieces)

SilkAir baggage allowance for infants for any destination: Carry free baggage of 10kg. Additionally, fully collapsible stroller or pushchair and carry-cot or car seat can also be carried.

Business class – 7 Kg (up to 2 pieces)

Economy class – 7 Kg (up to 1 piece)

The maximum dimensions of cabin baggage should not exceed 115cm.

SilkAir Food & Drinks

Every passenger on SilkAir flights start their journey with complimentary welcome drink. For dining SilkAir serves local favorites like Hainanese Chicken rice and Laksa, wide variety dishes of Malay, Indian and Chinese along with specially selected wines. Guests can select from varieties of juices, soft drinks and cocktails available onboard.

Special meal request can be made at least 24 hours before flight departure. Passengers can choose from the following special meals.
